As President of AMS, Alison J. Saifer received a business degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.  She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).  Ms. Saifer’s education, training and 20 years of experience in both business and actuarial science has contributed to her keen understanding of the business and financial risks inherent in the healthcare industry today.
